Tournament namesake, Ken Jones and family were on hand, Sunday, December 22, for the awards presentations at the Sixth Annual Ken Jones Classic Tournament hosted by the Columbus Wrestling Club. Ken is shown with family members, daughter, Ellen and husband, Brad Lewis, wife, Barb Jones and grandchildren, Katherine and Kenneth Lewis.
Lady Titan, Raylee Engroff won the 12 and Under, 105-115-pound weight class at the Sixth Annual Ken Jones Classic Wrestling Tournament, December 22, at the CUHS Gym, Raylee was also named one of the Outstanding Wrestlers on the day.
Harper Lloyd won two matches by fall over Vonn Barr-Miller, Parsons to take first place in the Girls 6 and Under, 43-pound weight class at the Sixth Annual Ken Jones Classic Wrestling Tournament hosted by the Columbus Wrestling Club, December 22, at the CUHS Gymnasium.
Lyiah Lacen was the winner of the Girls Six and Under, 55-pound weight class and was named one of the Outstanding Wrestlers of the Sixth Annual Ken Jones Wrestling Classic Tournament, December 22, at the CUHS Gym.
Titans return to action week of January 6
Titan Athletics return to action the week of January 6. The Titan and Lady Titan Wrestling Teams will travel to Pittsburg to open their 2025 schedule January 9 for duals beginning at 5 p.m.
The Titan and Lady Titan Basketball Teams will travel to Girard for their first games of 2025, January 10. The junior varsity squads will open the night at 4:30 p.m.
