The Columbus Lady Titan Golf Team qualified for the Kansas Class 3-1A State Tournament by placing third as a team the Caney Valley 3-1A Regional Tournament, Monday.
Senior, Mallory Thompson, led the Lady Titans by placing seventh in a field of 46 golfers from 15 schools. She shot a 97 on the par 71 course on what was reported as a “tough day” by Columbus Golf Coach Dan Grundy.
