Two local round ballers have met the 10,000 shot challenge at the Red Iron Activity Center as part of the Columbus Recreation Commission 10,00 Shot Club. Lucas Haviland was the first to knock down his shots followed by Evan Walters met the challenge for the second year in a row.

Titans earn hardware at Seneca

Three members of the Columbus Wrestling Club competed at the Seneca, Mo., Youth Open, Saturday, and brought home some impressive hardware. William Weber won first place in his weight class and Lucas Natalini and Carlson Britt wrestled to second place finishes in the multi-state tournament.

The Kansas Shrine Bowl Board of Directors has announced the assistant coaches for the 51st Kansas Shrine Bowl. Two CNC League Coaches were named to the East Coaching Staff. Mark Smith, Frontenac, and Shawn Seematter, St.

The Columbus Junior Varsity Wrestling opened their season, Friday, at Caney in the Kan/ Okla Tournament. Two Titans brought home first place medals. Langstyn Arthur-Soliven won the 120B weight class and Sam Weaver placed first in the 190C class. Individual results 120A Brayden Green placed second.

Titan Jr High ends seasons

The Columbus Junior High Titan and Lady Titan Wrestlers ended their seasons last week with the girls competing in Parsons and the boys in Seneca, Mo. Titan, Kai Langerot, earned a first place finish in the 120B weight class at Seneca and Alex Welch took second place in the 180B weight class.
