Dear Editor:Last Sunday morning, Santa Neighbor and his three elves came wheeling into our driveway. They weren’t riding in a sleigh pulled by eight reindeer, but the foursome were rolling in the yard with their pickup truck beds loaded with wood for our fireplace.

25 Years Ago Nov. 30 - Dec. 6, 2000The Columbus Unified High School Lady Titan basketball team opened its 2000-2001 season with an impressive 68-32 victory over Riverton. Columbus had three players score in double figures: Kelly Ellis with 14, Libby Overman with 11, and Jade Fry with 10.
