Wilbur Luther Nading, 51, was arrested Thursday by Oswego Police officers on charges of harass by telecom device, battery of a law enforcement officer, assault of a law enforcement officer, interference with law enforcement officer and traffic contraband in correctional or care facility and is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail.
