The first meeting of the year, called for new council members to be installed and the other members to be given new assignments. The five members of the council are Wally Sanders, Lindsay Shoemaker, Laura Epler, Kathy Doherty and Tom Pryor. They are standing behind Mayor Grant Spieth.
