Starting an accounting firm in a small community in Southeast Kansas has many road blocks. But in 1985, just five years out of college DeAnn Auman Hill opened her firm in Baxter Springs to become one of the most recognized CPA’s in the state.
Auman-Hill was the keynote speaker at the Baxter Springs Chamber of Commerce dinner on Thursday night at the Baxter Springs Country Club.
