A contract with Confluence Consulting was signed by the Cherokee County Planning Commission on Wednesday evening.
During their regularly scheduled commission meeting the board discussed two options pre-sented to them by Confluence.
The commission contracted for three public meetings and three work sessions at a cost of $108,350. The company will be developing a plan that will lead to county zoning.
