Jim Oberbeck (center) was recognized for his years of service to the City of Columbus, as well as County law enforcement. Oberbeck is retiring from his official duties. Columbus Police Chief Kyle Clark and Mayor Grant Spieth presented Oberbeck with a plaque at a recent City Council meeting.
