Several awards were presented to members who serve with the Baxter Springs Police Department, Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, Columbus Police Department, and the Galena Police Department.

This year’s award recipient has excelled in this task, stopping over 85 cars and making 12 DUI arrests. Galena Police Department that the recipient of this year’s Public Safety Award goes to Officer Korbin Copher. Chief Chad Allison presented the award
