Seniors, Brylie Johnson and Korbyn Newberry received the Kansas State High School Activities Association’s Citizenship Award during the Columbus Unified High School Senior Assembly at the CUHS Gymnasium, May 18. The award is presented for excellence as an exemplary young citizen who has demonstrated a marked respect for country, assumed responsibility for improving school and community, and has shown reverence for life. Kerry Sachetta, Columbus Alumni, presented the awards.
