Check out the Farm Heritage Show on East Pine Street off the Square. Many types of antique farm equipment will be on display and perhaps a demonstration or two.
A common appearance in the Columbus Day Parade and Festival are the Mirza Temple Clowns and their fire truck. The organization often does balloon sculptures and performs around the Square.
In addition to driving his antique tractor in the Columbus Day Parade, Harold Depenbush is also one of the organizers of the Farm Heritage Show that will be held on East Pine.
Be sure to attend the Official Columbus Day Car Show on the Square. There will be cars, trucks, motorcycles from various eras. Awards will be presented.
The Columbus Day Parade will begin at 9:40 a.m. Saturday. Balloonists often show off their propane flames during the route. Chase crews often ride with the pilots during the parade.

If you enjoy tractor pulls, Saturday and Sunday will be filled with action. Saturday will feature antiques and Sunday will be Mini Rods and Garden tractors. Saturday the pull begins at 2 p.m. and will include light and heavy steel. Sunday’s pull begins at 1 p.m. Both days the events will he held at the Columbus Saddle Club Arena.
