Business licenses will be required by anyone doing business in Baxter Springs following approval by the Baxter Springs City Council of an enforcement order.
The ordinance had been on the books for many years but had not been enforced.
Mayor Tim Shallenburger asked the Council to revue the ordinance and see if they wanted to enforce the ordinance.
