With a sign to resist smoking Anna Head has received help in getting her Girl Scout project underway. Working with her is Toni Spieth, Girl Scout leader Mavis Bowin, City Administrator Daniela Rivas, and Christina Holmes. They were all at Eddington Park picking up tobacco waste.
