Kansas drivers are advised that during the period of August 20 through Labor Day, September 6, the Baxter Springs Police Department will join other local and state law enforcement agencies across the state in a crackdown aimed at removing drunk drivers from the roadway during “You Drink. You Drive. You Lose” said Russ Harper, Baxter Springs Chief of Police.
