The cement work, curbs, gutters and sidewalks will be finished on High School Street tomorrow according to City Street, Alley and Park superintendent Randy Coble.
He told the City Council Monday evening the laying of the asphalt would also begin on Wednesday. “When they start laying asphalt it will continue until finished,” said Coble.
