Jilliann Cathylene McDonough, 35, was arrested Tuesday by Baxter Springs Police officers on charges of aggravated burglary, stalking, possess any substance in 65-4113, use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body, disorderly conduct, interference with Law Enforcement officers; obstruct or resist felony and criminal trespass and is being held in lieu of $24,000 bail.
