Tanner Evan Cox, 21, was arrested Friday by Chetopa Police officers on charges of possession of marijuana and use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body and was released on $851 bail.
Justin Eugene Burchell, 37, was arrested Thursday by Oswego Police officers on charges of failure to appear and is being held in lieu of $550 bail.
