Fredda Hayward, 85, Galena

Fredda M. Hayward, 85, Galena, died at 10:36 am Friday, March 22, 2024, at Quaker Hill Nursing Home, Lowell.Born September 29, 1938, in Alton, Missouri, Fredda was the daughter of Ivan Eugene and Leila Fern (Lynch) Campbell. She had lived in Galena since 1961.

Billy M. Carson

Billy worked at the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center for 14 years and for Neosho County for 22 years retiring in 2023. For two years he was employed at a salvage yard.Billy and Linda Lee Finger were united in marriage February 19, 1980, in Parsons. She survives of the home.
