The Columbus Junior High Seventh Grade Lady Titans took first place in the Columbus Jamboree at the Central School Gymnasium, Saturday. The Lady Titans started the day with a win over the Northeast B Team, 28-5 and closed out the day with a win over New Heights Christian School, 34-2. The seventh grade team is coached by former Lady Titan stand out, Macy Gray. Team members are Gracie Stanley, Lydia Wilkins, Lexi Webb, Temperance Goff, Piper Hill, Kip Saporito, and Sammi Ohmart. Laurance runs in NCAA Central Regional race

Two teams tied for first place honors in the seven and eight-year-old division of Columbus Youth Soccer League. The Calibrated/Folder Express team, coached by Brian Martin and Clint Ellis received their certificates and medals during the ceremony on the final day of games in October on Froebe Fields in Eddington Park.
