Tots were crowned at the lighting of the Christmas tree in Riverton. Little Mr. Jingle Bells was Isaac Culley, 18-month-old son of Bill and Kerri Culley of Galena. Little Miss Jingle Bells was Shelby Crumbliss, two-year-old daughter of Doug and Stacy Crumbliss of Baxter Springs.
