In the front of my mother’s bible is a post-it-note that says, “Don’t wait to understand it, just believe it. In Christ, the understanding comes after the receiving of His Word. It seems backwards but the truth is that you need Christ to have the understanding of Him. He’s too magnificent for human understanding to grasp. Only with the mind of Christ can you understand a life with Him.
