Each year in November, the American Bank collects non-perishable items.
They also do a quarterly fundraiser called Jeans for a Cause where the employees of the bank can wear jeans on Mondays when they donate $2. Once every quarter they collect all the Jeans for a Cause donations and pass those donations along to a group or organization within the communities of Baxter Springs, Columbus or Galena.
