The Baxter Springs’ Chapter of P.E.O. is sponsoring a pie and cake baking contest and auction at the Cowtown Days Spring Fling May 1 at the Johnston Public Library in Baxter Springs.
All entries must be made by the person entering the contest. There are two divisions: adult and youth (18 and under). Youth under 12 may have adult supervision. Complete recipe must be included with each entry.
