Cherokee County 4-H has announced their member of the month for February.
Madisen Rand is a member of the Spring Valley Sparklers 4-H Club, where she has previously held the office of treasurer.
Rand, 15, is a freshman at Columbus Unified High School where she is active in Future Farmers of America, volleyball and powerlifting.
