Elizabeth King presented a number of items in the annual food show. She received purple ribbons for each of her entries including a spiral bread loaf and jars of jam. At right, Lydan Atkinson received a purple ribbon and two blue ribbons for his entries in the food show.

Nothing says Cherokee County Fair like the Girl Scout House Fair Kitchen.For over 75 years the Girl Scout House has been “the” place to eat during fair week.This year, Cassy Spoonemore and Kim Liman will be the Volunteer Service Coordinators for the project.
