A one-vehicle accident occurred Thursday north of Weir, near NE 30th and Eider Lane. A 2009 Chevy Silverado, driven by Devin Young of Weir, left the roadway and rolled. He refused to be transported by EMS. Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies investigated.
