Attempted murder charges are pending on a Baxter Springs man after his gun misfired twice.
Baxter Springs Police officers responded to an incident Tuesday night where Dale Alan Simmons was reported to have gone to the residence of a former family member, pointed a gun and pulled the trigger twice. The gun misfired both times.
