    A Mexican buffet catered by a local restaurant was on the agenda for the P.E.O. Chapter BT of Baxter Springs when they celebrated Cinco de Mayo at noon on Monday, May 2 in the Fellowship Hall at the United Methodist Church in Baxter Springs.
