Baxter Springs mayoral election costs $3,304

The recent Baxter Springs primary election bill was presented for payment to the City Council on Tuesday evening.The $3,304.18 bill from Cherokee County was the cost of the mayoral primary which cut the candidates from four to two candidates in the November election.
