Commerce Bank employees and their families have been helping out at the annual Columbus Days Bean Feed for many years. The event continues to be a popular attraction on the Friday night before Columbus Day Festival Saturday.
One thing you can count on at the Columbus Day Been Feed is large numbers of attendees. Plenty of seating is always available. The event is a good time to catch up with old friends or meet those visiting Columbus for the celebration.
Even COVID-19 did not put a damper on last year’s Bean Feed. The event, held outside, was still well attended. Those participating donned masks and gloves and made sure sanitizing was available.
One of the most popular events for the kick off of the Columbus Day Festival is the Commerce Bank of Columbus free bean feed on Friday evening, October 8.
