Speaker Jann Amos, Master Beekeeper, from Webb City, Missouri gave advice to those interested in becoming beekeepers, drawing on his experience and the mistakes he made.
With Valentine’s Day just around the corner the Columbus Museum has a display of antique Valentine’s Day Cards. The cards are displayed throughout the museum beginning in the lobby.
The Valentine’s Day cards bring memories of those special days in the classroom when youngsters exchanged the cards with all their classmates.
The Museum’s collections include a large number of Valentine’s donated to the museum by Al Storey a local news reporter. His collection is displayed in the glass display cases throughout the museum.
Noah Schultz was one of two scholarship winners this past year. He received a complete set of startup equipment and the help of a mentor for his first year. Ayla Moore also received a scholarship from the club.
