The Cherokee County Health Department came up with a new service. They have just installed their first public Narcan dispenser in the county. Located in the Galena City Hall the former newspaper vendor box has been retrofitted to dispense Narcan. Narcan can be administered to people who have overdosed on opioid drugs....
