Terrella Jean Kelley, 46, was arrested Thursday by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Deputies on charges of possess opiates, opium, narcotic drug and certain stimulants, use or possess drug paraphernalia for use in the human body and distribute or possess with intent drug paraphernalia for illegal use and is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
