    A Quilt of Valor was presented to Wayne Cook of Baxter Springs June 8, Kathi Lunday with the local QOV group presented the quilt at the June American Legion meeting. First Lieutenant Cook, Army Infantry, served in Vietnam. He was on an advisor team with four other Americans and one Vietnamese interpreter.
