    After a short delay in fencing and supplies, the dog park is now complete. Located at 7th Street and Washington Avenue in Baxter Springs, is the new Ronald D. Thomas Dog Park Ȧ donation from his estate financed the park. Thomas, an owner of several dogs, which he treated like family, retired from New York to Baxter Springs following a career with a major pharmaceutical manu...
