Criminal complaints were filed Friday in the Quapaw Tribal Court, Miami against former longtime Chairman John L. Berrey, former Secretary-Treasurer Smiley -Reeves and as many as seven other tribal officials.
Berrey was voted out of office in July and now faces 11 criminal counts.
