Mary Tedford Brown Oglesby, lovingly known as Teddy, 77, Galena, died peacefully April 17, 2024 at the Galena Nursing Center after a battle with breast cancer. Born June 11, 1946 in Baltimore, Md., Teddy was the daughter of Pauline Duff Brown and Albert Brown.
