Thomas Ervin Farrow, 39, was arrested Monday by Kansas Department of Corrections to serve sentence.
Vincent Lee Collins, 33, was arrested Friday by Chetopa Police officers on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a Law Enforcement officer, vehicle liability insurance required and driving while suspended and his bail was set at $3,025 bail.
