Earnest Troy Kohler,49, was arrested Friday by Chetopa Police officers on charges of rape; sexual intercourse without consent and use of force, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated criminal sodomy and is being held without bail.
Chase Tyler Leake, 25, was admitted to the Labette County Law Enforcement Center Friday to serve sentence for Chetopa Police and was released.
