A new flower shop, Personal Twist, has opened in Columbus.Clinton and Kristy Cooper have purchased the former Country Gardens building on North Pennsylvania in downtown Columbus.The Coopers came to Columbus from Hawaii, Clinton was in the flower shop business in Idaho before the family moved to Hawaii.Their 20-year-old daughter, Ona, will be working in the store....
