Newly elected Columbus City Council member Laura Epler (left) was sworn into to her Ward 1 position on Tuesday evening by City Clerk Ruth Hutley. Former City Council members Tom Pryor and Kathy Doherty were also sworn in by Hutley as they returned to office.
