Two of the service flags were bent over at the base, either by wind or vandals. Charles and Margaret McColm were at the courthouse recently replacing the poles and the banners. The McColm family were instrumental in getting Veteran’s Memorial built on the Courthouse lawn and they continue to keep a watchful eye on their project.
