Candidates running for this year’s fair royalty have been announced. Candidates include from Prairie RamblersAddison Coke is in her first year in 4-H, and she is excited to be participatingin the foods, photography, and poultry projects. Coke has a creative spirit.

Joint meeting held by PEO

The beach and ocean was the theme of the Chapter BT of Baxter Springs and Chapter AB of Galena joint meeting June 10 at noon in Fellowship Hall of the United Methodist Church in Baxter Springs. Members enjoyed a luncheon of pizza, salads, and desserts.
