Chairman Cory Moates called the regular session of the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners (The Board), to order at 9 a.m. Monday, March 14, 2022, in the Commission Room, #109 of the Cherokee County Courthouse located at 110 W Maple St., Columbus, Kansas.

Rodeo champion into Columbus Sports Hall of Fame

Have you made your reservations for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce annual dinner to be held March 30? If not, you have till noon Monday to call the Chamber office at 620-429-1492. Tickets are $25 per person. The event will be held at State Theatre Event Center, with a social beginning at 6 p.m.
A special visitor will be in Columbus Saturday, April 16. The Easter Bunny will stop by Columbus City Park during the Chamber of Commerce Easter egg hunt.

The Easter Bunny will be in attendance for the annual Easter Egg Hunt to be held in Columbus Saturday, April 16 at the Columbus City Park located at South Kansas and Country Road. Parents are welcome to take pictures of their children with the Easter Bunny.
