The following persons are scheduled to appear before Judge John Bullard in Columbus Municipal Court Monday, October 24 at 4 p.m.
Johny R. Barnes, 36, Columbus, is scheduled for an initial appearance on charges of running at large, vicious animal and review on charges of theft and criminal damage to property.
Samantha Marie Burlingame, 27, Pittsburg, is scheduled for sentencing on charges of battery.
