The Columbus Titan Powerlifting Team participated in a virtual lifting meet hosted by Wichita East High School, January 14.
Lady Titan Junior, Lizzy Welch placed first in squat lift and third in bench press. Her 385 pound total in the squat and 145 in bench press was good enough to take first place overall in her weight class with a 645 pound total.
