James Harvey “Jimmy” O’Neal, III , known by his friends as “Skinny” died Thursday, November 2, 2023 at his home. He was 49.
Born January 24, 1974 in Miami, Okla. James was the son of James Harvey and Georgia Ruth (Whitecotton) O’Neal, II. He had lived in Miami most of his life. He had worked as a bartender at Ruby’s Tavern in Miami, Okla. and worked for Steve O’Neal’s Lawn Care.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Jimmy is survived by sisters Karen Black and husband Jeff of Columbus and Kim Kuester and husband Tony of Miami, Okla. and one brother, Kevin Sooter and wife Shannon of Diamond, Missouri, Several nieces and nephews also survive.
