Paul Edward Grant, 83, of McCune left this Earth to join the love of his life, Linda on November 26th 2023.
He was born on February 15th 1940 in West Mineral to Daniel and Evelyn Grant as the second oldest. Paul is survived by his sisters Rosemary Lloyd, Ruth Sullivan and Patty Wagoner. Predeceased by his brothers John Grant and David Grant.
Paul worked for P & M Coal mine for over 30 years and raised horses and cattle with Linda. His passion of horses led him to receive an award from the AQHA for being a dedicated member to the association for over 50 years.
He loved to travel and spend time with the grand children and devoted his Sundays to church and football. He was a friend to many and a compassionate, listening ear to all. You could always find him in the barn yard in his swing enjoying a good cup of coffee with a story to tell.
His memory lives on in his children Danielle Grant, Buckley Grant, his daughter in-law Kimberly Grant, his grandchildren, Mitch Galindo, Taylor Galindo, Zackery Musgrove, Erika Scott, Emily Grant, and his great grandchildren Brielle Tindell, Rosalie Parham, Ada Vaverka, Mason Musgrove, Everly Steeby, Daniel Musgrove and Phoenix Bridges.
No funeral services will be held per Pauls wishes. The family request memorials be made to the Sherwin Christian Church 6155 Sandpiper Lane Columbus, There will be a Celebration of Life held on a later date.
