Elsie Deloris Brown, 76, of Galena, died at Mercy Hospital at 1:16 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2023.
Elsie was born on February 17, 1947 in Granby, Missouri to the union of Rev. Orville Edward Johnston and Ina “Fern” (Wolgamott) Johnston. She had been a lifetime resident of the Galena area.
